Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.
If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition with original packaging intact for refund.
Shipping Information
For your convenience, we offer many different shipping methods to choose from. All of these shipping methods are real-time. Real-time means that your shipping fees are calculated and quoted on the spot via live UPS and/or USPS servers (depending on the shipping method chosen). Shipping charges are calculated on a by-weight basis. We charge a $1 handling fee per order. This handling fee is automatically included in your shipping costs. Shipping methods and rates are subject to change.
